  Well,what is there with this android. Android is basically an open source operating system for the mobile platform .The online giant Google acqired this company Android Inc in 2007.that was the boom of smart phones with apple releasing its iphone .Google started working on the android OS and it was out in market. Google's Nexus was featured by HTC which incorporated the Android OS in the device.It was followed by Samsung and that was a great boom for Samsung as it expelled the other leading players like motorola,Nokia ,sony in the mobile field.Android started giving a tough competetion for the iphones which was developed with its own Ios Operating system.

Features of Android:

Just like how iphone has its app store. Google's Android has its applications in the "Google play" which has about millions of application in it right now with nearly 100's of app being submitted daily.As I have mentioned in my previous post on app market, Android apps also has a demand these days as more and more developers are getting into developing apps for android OS.Since more apps are getting into this Google play, android app marketing also takes place simultaneously from the time of developing apps.

Cost efficiency:

Many people prefer android on the basis of cost.Most of the smart phones incorporating android OS are relatively cheaper when compared with the iphone.Samsung's annual revenue tripled eversince they started incorporating Android in their smart phones and it just outsmarted Nokia which was the leading player in the mobile industry. It is to be noted that the main lag of Nokia is that they hung on to the SYMBIAN OS instead of Android and lately they have joined along with Microsoft and ket Windows OS in their mobile devices.

The latest version of the Android is version 4.2 and is known as "jelly bean"

How is app marketing done??..

App marketing became very essential these days as the number of apps developed and submitted into the app market keeps increasing rapidly(nearly 100 apps daily).Many times,app developers who spend most of their time developing their apps gets upset after submitting their app if they don't find the expected number of downloads.The reason for this is none other than their ignorance on app marketing.

App marketing is highly needed for any app to be looked upon by viewers among many thousands.There are methods and strategies to be followed and implemented wisely to market an app and without marketing any WOW product would turn up nothing.

When and how are two major things to be noted in marketing!!..

Many developers  go wrong with "when" marketing should be done ? According to them it is always after the development of product when marketing should be done.This is way wrong because, marketing has a "plan" phase and it should start at the time when starts developing his app.You should keep the target audience always occupied by leaving some news about your new product.

There are many marketing companies who are expert in these marketing techniques.They had spent quit a lot of time taking apps to the great success.Mobile app marketing are getting cheaper these days as the number of mobile app marketing companies keep increasing.You have to be pretty careful in choosing the marketing services company as many of those are turning to be fake.

Well,I will list out certain do's which can be followed:
  -Do start the marketing phase at the developing stage.
  -Do keep posting audience with updates.People like new things to be seen,heard and viewed to keep   themselves engaged in the app.
  -Do create a sample webpage for the app and provide details about the app.
  -Do make a video teaser of the app which wouldn't cost much of your time.
  -Do create a splash page for the app.
  -Do test your app with sample target audience and also with other categories.
  -Do select an appropriate category for your app in which your app  will be displayed (many developers get wrong in this ,you can place in more than one categories also but be sure of that).

As i have mentioned in my previous post on app markets that app simply means an application developed using any software to perform the specified task.Apps are helpful in doing both complex and simple things easy for us.Many apps perform activities which most people wouldn't even have possibly thought about.

Then comes the question why is marketing needed for an app??..

This decade is the time of revolution of the mobile technology and most of the people got benefited by the technology by having a smartphone,which was the main achievement of mobile history.According to a recent survey,there will be a billion users of mobile in 2015. Apple popularized the concept of smart phone with its masterpiece "iphone".With an entire different appearance with large screen with a touch interface, the quality in camera,iphones marked a special place in the world of smart phones.

Though the users feel quite excited using these touch interface ,the key feature which took iPhone to the next level are the iPhone apps.With the above mentioned mobile numbers,anyone can think the traffic any website would get from mobile devices.

With the increase in number of mobiles,many apps were coming out to do some useful activities and also the demand for iphone apps started increasing like a forest fire.Since the number of apps got increased,the app market got denser and any new app for reaching out people needs proper marketing.
With the recent trend on iphone app development ,which have brought millions of apps in App store and users use them all the time for making their experience more pleasant.

Eversince the launch of apps there is been a great debate going in forums, panels on brwser vs app.
By using an app you will find the following as pro's:
- the main advantage is that you save hell a lot of time.
-you can access at the instant whenever you need to. (Eg:its like you can pop in whenever you need even if it is for a very short span of 2 minutes without turning on and off your laptops or PC's)
-most of the times you want to be targeted to what you want and you get that in an app.

And similarly browser also has some advantages over app for certain activities and they outsmart apps in
-shopping
-searches
-entertainment

These are carefully noticed by app developers and they set the trend on app by developing apps for the latter too.(Eg: Google has its own search app,You tube has its own app and so on)      

 Ultimately its the same in both but you are taken to the place where you want to be without wasting much of your time online using apps.

In 2010,Apple introduced the much awaited media tablet or media notebook which used a modified version of IOS which was accessible through wifi or other 3G services.Business people find it way too useful since it interacts with wide variety of formats including pdf,photos,videos,documents,spreadsheets,games and most of the iphone apps.It also helps in browsing as the mobile version of safari is installed in it.Eversince the introduction of ipad in 2010 , the apps for these are finding great rise in their numbers.And the 3rd generation ipad have been launched recently in 2012 and it is nearly 3 billion apps in the appstore..

Recently i found a picture in facebook which says the uniqueness of apple.It had 3 images collaged together into a single picture. The caption was pretty funny "The 3 apple which changed the world"and i had shared that picture above..

Simply speaking , Apple's ipod redefines mp3 players,
